Available shipping methods and charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination and order details. If no shipping method is offered for your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch after acceptance and payment confirmation. Delivery timing depends on the order, destination, selected service, and carrier conditions. Any shipping or delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed.

Shipping address

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you spot an error, email us promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
