Set up fee of $45.00 – (no charge)

Shipping is $25.00 per case of 100 PUCKUPS.  2 cases @ 25.00 = $50.00 – FREE Shipping

Total = $1650.00

Artwork Approval:  PLEASE check the artwork above carefully for errors and omissions.  Checkout and payment constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance with the artwork.  PUCKUPS will not accept liability for errors overlooked after this stage of proofing. This digital proof is not submitted for color approval, print quality, or paper approval.
